    Method 1: Web Calendar

    Review visit types on our Services page to determine which type of visit to schedule. Do your best to determine the type of visit you may need. If you need help, provide more details, and we’ll contact you if required.

    Method 2: Virtual Assistant

    Click the appointment bot in the lower right-hand corner. You will be guided through how to make an appointment. If you need help, provide more details, and we’ll contact you if required.

    Method 3: Established Patient Portal

    Only established patients can make appointments through the Patient Portal. If you are a new patient, make an appointment request (via Method 1 or 2), and you will receive a link to register for your own Patient Portal account.
